We are looking for an Insights Analyst with strong technical skills in data analysis visualization and BI tools. In this role you will work at the intersection of data technology and research with key responsibilities across three core areas:
1 Deep data analysis of survey results and large datasets
2 Development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for clients
3 Coordination of research projects from data collection through to client delivery
As part of the Insights Management team you will play a critical role in ensuring that data is accurate well-structured and translated into insights that drive real value for our clients. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency (Tableau SQL BI tools) with strong project coordination and a passion for delivering high-quality insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep analysis of quantitative survey data to uncover key trends and insights
- Design build and maintain Tableau dashboards and other BI visualizations for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate research project workflows from initial data collection through to final client delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams (research programming data client service) and external stakeholders to ensure data quality and project success
- Prepare clean and structure data for analysis and visualization
- Optimize and automate reporting processes where possible
- Support innovation in data analysis visualization techniques and research methodologies
- Develop clear client-ready visual outputs that communicate complex data simply and effectively
- Stay current with trends in BI data visualization and employer branding
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization ideally in market research insights or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau must be able to develop dashboards from scratch
- Strong SQL skills able to query manipulate and structure data
- Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI Looker Studio) is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SPSS R or Python is an advantage
- Familiarity with survey data and market research methodologies
- Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience coordinating research projects and working with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with an interest in continuous learning and innovation
You have:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a data or business analyst role with a strong focus on Tableau dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience working with survey and research data.
- Proven expertise with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud including advanced dashboard creation and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Knowledge in SQL able to write queries to extract manipulate and validate large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance technical and non-technical stakeholder needs.
- Knowledge of employer branding HR analytics or market research is a plus.
