Assistant Personal Tax Manager Stamford
depending on experience
Full-time Permanent Hybrid working available
Were hiring an Assistant Personal Tax Manager for a respected accountancy practice in Stamford.
Youll work closely with managers and directors to provide expert tax advice to clients while supporting junior team members and managing your own client portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
Delivering advice on inheritance tax capital gains trusts and incorporation
Leading a small team setting objectives reviewing work and supporting development
Working to time and budget expectations
Assisting with business development and identifying new opportunities
Preparing high-quality reports and documentation for clients
What were looking for:
ACA ACCA or CTA qualified or ATT with at least 2 years post-qualification experience
Strong technical tax knowledge and problem-solving ability
Experience leading or supporting junior staff
Excellent time and workflow management skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
