Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservations Manager located in Cairo Egypt. The Assistant Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing reservations providing excellent customer service and training new staff. Additional daily tasks include communicating with guests supporting the sales team and ensuring effective and efficient reservation processes.


Qualifications :

  • Reservations and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Training
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration or related field is beneficial

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Cairo Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities developing sales strategies conducting market research managing client accounts and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams attending industry events and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research abilities
  • Proficiency in Preparing Sales Reports and Analyzing Market Trends
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
