Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Retail Business Solutions Specialist you will engage with business customers in a dynamic retail environment introducing them to innovative Apple and third-party technology solutions that transform the way they work. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping businesses grow by understanding their needs presenting tailored solutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with business customers by understanding their unique goals and challenges and recommending the right products and services.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement in-depth consultations and expert product knowledge.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on business-focused solutions providing guidance to team members and mentoring them on supporting business customers effectively.

  • Facilitate business-focused events training sessions and workshops to educate customers and colleagues on Apple ecosystem solutions and offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and cross-functional partners to align customer needs with appropriate account transition strategies.

  • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools to track customer interactions forecast growth and ensure follow-through.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all business programs tools and policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Support various store initiatives including customer-facing activities and events contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing the unique perspectives of customers and colleagues.

  • Uphold Apples core values in all customer interactions and team collaborations.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business sales account management or customer consulting.

  • Strong understanding of how technology can solve business challenges.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Passion for innovation customer success and continuous learning.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work cross-functionally.
