This is acommission-only high-performance role withhigh earning potential. You must be available to meet with prospects duringevenings and weekends and thrive in a results-driven environment. Youll work withqualified warm leads no cold calling no door knocking no chasing just high-quality conversations with Australians ready to take action.

What Youll Earn

Commission-Only: OTE $300000 (uncapped earnings)
Freedom to work remotely with preference for Sydney or Melbourne
Warm qualified leads provided focus on consulting not chasing

What Youll Do

As aProperty Strategist you will:

• Conduct Zoom and phone-based consultations with qualified members (and in-person sessions where required for members based in Sydney or Melbourne)

• Build and present tailored property portfolio strategies using our proven frameworks

• Partner with our in-house finance and lending teams to align financial plans

• Present curated investment property options matched to each members goals

• Guide members through a clearly defined investment journey

• Maintain pipeline follow-ups through our CRM with discipline and precision

• Be available for meetings in the evenings and on weekends when members are most active

• Deliver outstanding experiences that turn prospects into buyers and buyers into advocates
  
  

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Property investment or real estate sales experience ishighly regarded but not essential

• If no property background you must havestrong experience selling high-ticket products or services

• A consistent track record of success in sales consulting or performance-driven roles

• Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to simplify complex ideas

• Confident on Zoom phone and digital platforms comfortable consulting remotely

• Strong emotional intelligence and rapport-building skills

• Exceptional time management self-motivation and goal-orientation
