Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
1013 years of relevant industry experience including at least 12 years in a leadership role as an Engineering Manager.
Proven expertise in open-source tools and thriving in agile development environments delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
Extensive experience in database design and data modeling with a strong focus on scalability and performance optimization.
Proficient in one or more core programming languages such as Java C or JavaScript with hands-on development experience.
Strong grasp of foundational and advanced technical concepts with the ability to translate complex challenges into effective solutions.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end balancing priorities risk and outcomes in alignment with organizational goals.
Prior experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable.
