Main Purpose of Job
To provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the production team for the Saudi Pro League production. Part of the team responsible for logistics and cost tracking to ensure smooth running of production.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across SPL 24/25 season production working alongside the Production Manager and Production Coordinator to support the Production teams working in RSA and the UK.
- Duties include booking and organising crew and any associated travel arrangements including onboarding and arranging payment eg creating Work Orders on payment portal (like Fieldglass) scheduling and performing Status Determination Statements where/when necessary
- Liaison with third parties and processing invoices (eg Suppliers) as required
- Organising shoots arranging any clearances/film permits and any associated travel/accommodation and post-production bookings
- Liaising with internal departments (e.g. legal HR finance immigration) to assist with securing all visas and work permits as required.
- Creating and distributing detailed call sheets and Risk Assessments and being point of contact for crew
- Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the production manager; supervising production assistants and runners as necessary
- Completing post production paperwork including Music Cue sheets and PAPs and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable
- Working with the production team to set and achieve sustainability targets including monitoring and completion of albert Carbon Footprint and Carbon Action Plans as well as supporting the companys Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives
- Being point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaising with media management and helping to establish workflows
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Key Results Areas
- Excellent production co-ordination and support
- Effective production support for PM
- Facilitating excellent communication within the team and externally including via the issuing of comprehensive and accurate Call Sheets
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork filming permits contracts insurance risk assessments are in place for production
- Ensuring all production deliverables (including programme as completed paperwork project Albert and Diamond Diversity) is completed in a timely manner
- Compliance with Company procedures as detailed in IMGs Production Guide
- Clear and effective communication both internally and externally
- Proactive in finding solutions and dealing with problems
Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
- Previous experience as established Production Assistant or higher
- Experience of making travel arrangements
- Experience of booking freelance crew and organising shoots
- Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets
- Experience of producing call sheets
- Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments
Desirable
- Previous experience at Production Co-ordinator level
- Previous experience of working in an Outside Broadcast environment
Skills and Abilities

- Previous experience of working to deadlines works well under pressure managing and prioritizing workload effectively
