Were looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Editorial Video Production Management team providing support across all aspects of physical production.
This role manages end-to-end shoot logistics from setting up vendor accounts and advising on invoicing procedures to overseeing compliance with policies and technical requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager the Production Coordinator will be collaborative highly organised and play a key role in enabling the Production Management team to deliver effectively on all production addition the role coordinates with the US Production Management Operations team to maintain data reporting and production systems infrastructure.
The role
Support Producers and Production Managers (US & UK Based) coordinating crews equipment and resources while helping to manage logistics and operations across multiple productions.
Manage and actualise final cost tracking with Producers through the final wrap of projects.
Facilitate the general accounting process including processing and tracking vendor invoices.
Manage expense tracking reports and reconciliation and the use of purchase orders/expense logs.
Maintain various departmental shoot calendars spreadsheets reports and documents on G-Suite and the production microsite.
Maintain an accurate crew database with up-to-date information by overseeing vendor relationships proactively identifying new crew and suppliers aligned with production requirements.
Act as a central point of contact between producers and logistics coordinating resources resolving issues and sharing updates on video production processes.
About you
Proven Production Management experience in digital & social video production.
Knowledge of physical production protocols equipment contracts releases accounting/finance practices and business affairs requirements.
Proficient in IT with strong experience using Macs and Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets) and confident working with a range of bespoke project management tools.
Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong ability to prioritise effectively within production pipelines and scheduling demands.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills able to take initiative solve problems proactively and work well under pressure to meet deadlines while anticipating challenges.
Ability to learn custom production processes new systems & applications then administer and train the creative team as needed.
