Job Description

Contract Duration:
3 months with possibility of renewal
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP VC (Variant Configuration)
In-depth understanding of SAP VC modules configuration logic and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures
Experience designing and managing Configuration Profiles for complex products (e.g. vehicles)
Strong knowledge of characteristics classes and dependencies in SAP
Ability to manage component structures and BOMs based on vehicle configurations
Skilled in defining and configuring materials (e.g. model color engine and other options)
Deep understanding of automotive industry processes compliance requirements and implementation best practices
Redesign and improve the Build Your Own feature on automotive brand websites
Enhance and streamline vehicle configuration using SAP VC data
Ensure performance accuracy and scalability of the new configuration solution
Analyze the current SAP VC configuration structure
Collaborate with UX product and development teams to define new vehicle configuration logic
Document all characteristics dependencies and configuration rules
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms
Participate in technical reviews testing and solution validation
Previous experience on automotive configuration projects
Familiarity with e-commerce or digital product configurators
Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach
