What youll be doing:
Were looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Dee Why. Youll be responsible for delivering the production plan for the factory in a safe right first time and efficient manner. Youll be responsible for coordinating the manning maintenance engineering and production in the respective factory whilst ensuring the product is produced in a safe and high-quality environment in the most cost-effective manner.
The role is also responsible for delivering results in line with Prysmian Management Plan for the factory and for contributing to continuous improvement targets and lean manufacturing projects. This includes direct management of machine operators to achieve the set goals and objectives across HSE Quality Customer Service Performance and People across a 24-hour operation.
