As an Admin and Project Officer for Operational Communication you will provide administrative support to our Strategic Operations Centre (SOC) and you will be one of the first personnel involved in a SOC activation.
You will also be responsible for continual improvement of the SOC and its business process doctrine and facilities.
You will provide training and mentorship for admin staff working within the SOC.
There are other projects and groups that you will also support including Inter-agency CAD Electronic Messaging System (ICEMS) ensuring that project tasks are effectively tracked and completed.
Lastly you will assist internal and external investigations by providing radio and phone recordings arising from emergency events.
