About the role
Lead the development and implementation of a dementia prevention clinic and associated service programs delivering high-quality patient-centered care aligned with best practice.
Develop and apply clinical and operational protocols to ensure safe effective and scalable service delivery across Neurosciences Program initiatives.
Coordinate communication across clinical teams research staff and external partners to support seamless integration and collaboration.
Oversee patient coordination including scheduling tracking progress and supporting engagement in prevention initiatives.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions pharmaceutical collaborators and health organisations.
Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying and implementing service enhancements that support sustainability and improved patient outcomes.
About you
Tertiary education in Nursing Allied Health Medicine Pharmacy or other related health discipline and hold required registration If applicable.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams across diverse healthcare settings.
Extensive experience in developing implementing and managing health-related programs particularly in dementia care chronic disease management or similar services.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and applying clinical and operational protocols with strong project management skills to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Strong digital literacy including use of electronic patient records databases and time management tools to effectively manage competing priorities in complex environments.
