Job Description

Stefanini EMEA is currently looking for a TSMO Operations Coordinator to be part of our Professional Services team under INFRA division. Aim is to support the efficient functioning of the TSMO Professional Services team and the wider TSMO tower through structured operations coordination data management and internal reporting.

This role plays a key part in enabling effective collaboration with supporting functions such as Infra FINOps ensuring accurate financial planning alignment of resources and overall operational excellence. It also serves as a foundational entry point for individuals aspiring to grow into advanced roles within the TSMO Professional Services cluster.

Operational Coordination:
  • Maintain and update key internal trackers supporting opportunity management capacity planning and active project timelines.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal calendars related to bids transitions submissions and strategic events.
  • Continuously refine and maintain the TSMO SharePoint hub to ensure effective document and knowledge management.

Database & Document Management:
  • Design and maintain structured repositories for RFx materials service descriptions contractual documents and client-facing content.
  • Create and format professional PowerPoint presentations for internal use and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain centralized documents such as Word-based bids standardized Statements of Work (SOWs) and service definition catalogs.
  • Curate and update a shared definitions repository for consistent communication across teams.

    Reporting & Planning Support:
  • Track FTE allocations across Professional Services and Transition & Transformation (T&T) activities.
  • Coordinate with Infra FINOps to ensure timely and accurate sharing of deal data for forecasting and financial planning.
  • Support the team management in recruitment-related coordination such as tracking candidate progress and onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with regular internal reporting cycles and data reviews to support business operations and resource strategy.


  • Comfortable working with data and supporting basic analysis & reporting activities.
  • Fluent in Microsoft collaborative platforms: Teams SharePoint Planner.
  • Familiarity with A.I. technologies and their potential application in operational efficiency.
  • High adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and methodologies in the IT services and digital transformation sectors.
  • Familiarity with document management practices including handling contractual materials such as service descriptions Statements of Work (SOWs) and bid documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create ad-hoc content and presentations tailored to the TSMO services portfolio supporting internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative mindset with interest in internal operations and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work with structured prioritization.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.

  • Adapt quickly to changes new requirements or abrupt shifts in direction with resilience and a proactive mindset.
