We are looking for you if:
you have Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Management Econometrics Computer Sciences or alike and/or equivalent
you have at least 5 years of professional experience within data reporting
you have working experience in a bank or financial institution
you have broad knowledge of data management relation databases data modelling
you have hands-on working experience with SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL
you have hands-on working experience inSAS environment (SAS Enterprise Guide) and 4GL programming
you are strong collaborative team player working within and across multiple virtual teams
you have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical content to business/functional audiences
you have curious and analytical mindset
you are eager to learn more and proactively acquire knowledge
good spoken and written English - C1.
Youll get extra points for:
experience in working with credit risk
experience in working with Agile / Scrum
hands on experience in VBA
knowledge of regulatory reporting (Basel IVCOREP FINREP LCR Credit Risk Loan Tape EBA Benchmarking Pillar I II III).
Your responsibilities:
performing data analytical activities: sources investigation reports preparation creation of dashboards automations
identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes
performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
analysis of internal and external regulations
functional documentation preparation.
Information about the team:
We are looking for specialists to join the Data & Reporting team to support data management and risk reporting. We have extensive knowledge of the Banks processes which enables us to understand and interpret data for the purposes of risk reporting. We work in an international environment we use English on a daily basis (written and spoken).
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Data Scientist III.
