Job title: Test Assurance & Execution Manager Platforms & Application Project Delivery (Global IT)

Location: 3 days/week in the Krakow office

Contract: Permanent full time

Role Overview

The Test Assurance & Delivery Manager leads the testing strategy and execution for Platforms and Applications projects within Global IT (P&A Global IT) . This role ensures high quality assurance standards manages testing processes and teams collaborates closely with both business and IT stakeholders and drives continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote and be evangelist of Testing & Execution within IT always promoting best practices

• Accountable to provide guidance support and understanding for Test Standards processes making sure they are known understood and embedded in both our Business and IT community

• Develop and implement test strategies for the portfolio of projects and continuous development initiatives ensuring comprehensive coverage and best practices.

• Oversee all test phases including SIT UAT performance and regression testing.

• Manage project test delivery aligning with the business project managers developers external vendors and the senior manager of project delivery

• Establish and maintain governance and documentation standards for test processes and defect management.

• Ensure the standardized toolset used throughout the lifecycle of testing is adhered to by all relevant parties.

• Champion test automation and adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Report on test progress risks and outcomes to stakeholder groups and executive sponsors.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory security and company standards (e.g. GXP SOX GDPR).

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and monitor service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field.

• 8 years in software testing or quality assurance focusing onapplication/platform testing not automation or code-level testing.

• Experience leading testing efforts in global complex environments.

• Strong background instakeholder-facing roles(e.g. interacting with business teams product owners leadership).

• Experience with test management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Xray)

• Proven bridge builder between business and IT.

• Experience leading cross-regional or global teams.

• Knowledge of compliance and risk management in IT.

Desirable

• Experience in Business Analysis is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB PMP Scrum Master).

• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML testing tools.

• Background in regulated industries.
