Are you data-driven and passionate about sales growth Join our team as a Customer Development Analyst!

In this role youll collaborate closely with the Customer Development Manager (CDM) to deliver net sales NPAT SOM and volume targets support account execution in-store and help drive our products from shelf to cart and into homes.

We offer a fixed term job contract until end of September 2026.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth and identify supply chain efficiencies for select accounts
  • Analyze sales trends competitor activity and promotional performance
  • Assist with business planning ROI reviews and project support for the CDM
  • Use POS and in-house data for fact-based decision making
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Legal teams
  • Monitor new product launches shipments and promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency with sales data and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented organized and eager to learn
