We are hiring a Case Worker at Target Housing to join our GROWTH project


Locations: Sheffield& Rotherham


Job Type: Full-Time Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

In a typical week


You will be allocated a caseload of clients who you will support for the agreed contractual hours.


We have offices in each area where you can collaborate with other colleagues and managers. You can discuss your client needs and issues as support for yourself and others.


Working hours are generally 9am to 5pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.


We offer


A starting salary of 25715 after a full 1 years service this will rise to 27025 and further years service this will rise to 27995.


You will get an initial 28 days Annual Leave with an additional day a year up to 33 days leave PLUS 8 Bank Holidays.

Specialist female caseworker


The postholder will deliver a package of intensive housing management support therapeutic and social support to clients accessing the GROWTH project.

The GROWTH project is designed to address the complex needs of women who have experienced child removal or at risk of child removal through intensive outreach support to enable service users to make positive change in their lives and address barriers within their family relationship. The post holder will have the ability to adapt rapidly to shifting demands and needs and show flexible and creative working styles.

The postholder will be expected to adhere to professional codes of conduct statutory legislation and practice requirements including CPD and mandatory training.
