Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **project planning and scheduling** expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative** teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning monitoring and execution of projects from inception to closure. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers Sub-System Managers Financial Controllers**) oversee critical project planning activities and support bid activities among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of **developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress** but also **ensuring alignment with customer and contractual requirements**.
Well look to you for:
Developing and managing project programmes that incorporate engineering documentation delivery materials planning and site activities.
Monitoring progress and identifying critical paths to ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality cost and delivery.
Providing accurate reporting on Work Package progress and ensuring functional activities are coordinated to address bottlenecks proactively.
Organizing and leading periodic project schedule sessions to highlight gaps between actual progress and baseline plans.
Maintaining robust interfaces between Planning Finance and Project Management to ensure timely and accurate project reporting.
Supporting project coordination meetings to address engineering sourcing quality cost and delivery aspects.
Contributing to lessons learned (REX) sharing best practices and supporting audits of programmes against planning procedures.
Preparing and delivering internal and customer-facing reports including EVM physical progress curves and monthly/weekly updates.
Occasionally traveling to project sites as needed to collect information and support project review meetings.

A degree in Engineering ( or equivalent).
1015 years of experience in project planning scheduling and monitoring within relevant fields or EPC projects.
Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
Working knowledge of project scheduling theory methods and time-related contractual obligations.
Basic broad knowledge of railway industry products and technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Structured and critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge teams and propose solutions proactively.
Adaptability to work in a multicultural and rapidly changing environment.
