Job Description
We are looking for anInternal Sales Manager to lead and energise our internal sales team. Youll play a critical role in shaping the internal sales function combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational leadership to deliver measurable business results. The role is based in our main HQ in Telford.
Your impact
- Guiding and developing a high-performing internal sales team with a customer-first mindset
- Driving and executing internal sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Managing key customer accounts to ensure strong relationships and service excellence
- Optimising internal sales processes to boost efficientcy and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Who you are
- Proven experience in internal sales management ideally in HVAC or building services
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance management
- Skilled communicator with excellent relantioship-building and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to planning and performance analsyis
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP) and MS Office
- Knowledge of HVAC products/systems or strong willingness to learn
