Lion home to Australias most iconic beer and RTD brands Hahn XXXX Stone & Wood and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) is looking for a passionate and results-drivenField Sales Directorto lead our Victorian South Australian and Tasmanian State Sales Managers.
In this role you will drive sales growth and market share by developing strategic sales plans with the State Sales Managers building strong partnerships with customers and industry players in each state and setting the standard for operational excellence. Youll inspire and empower a high performing team with a strong focus on safety and performance.
You will work collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve volume share and revenue growth plans.
