Job Description
The HR Assistant provides vital support to the Human Resources department and general office operations. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings maintaining employee records and preparing HR documents.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems with employee information leave records and other relevant data.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
- Help organize company events training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies managing mail and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Greet visitors and vendors.
- Plan and prepare for customer visits.
- Perform other duties as required
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
Experience working with Workday is desirable
Fluent English language
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
The hourly pay range for this role is $18.61 - $33.51.
