Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a well-established immigration services firm dedicated to guiding individuals and businesses through complex immigration processes with accuracy efficiency and care. As the client base continues to grow the company is expanding the team with a reliable Admin Secretary to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the office.

What Youll Be Doing

As Admin Secretary you will play a central role in managing correspondence maintaining records and assisting in the preparation of important documents. You will ensure the office runs efficiently supporting both management and clients with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare edit and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

Maintain and update client files and internal records accurately

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls and emails

Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and client consultations

Support the preparation of immigration-related documentation

Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed

Provide general administrative support to the management team

Handle confidential information with discretion

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong verbal and written communication in English

Knowledge of Greek is an advantage

Professional detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team
