YINLUN TDI LLC is an ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified company manufacturing heat exchanger and fluid cooling components for the automotive heavy truck bus and military markets.

In addition we have several joint venture manufacturing operations overseas in China.

Job Title: Manufacturing Team Member

Reports To: Team Lead/Production Management

Location: Morton IL

Shift: First shift

FLSA Classification: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following other duties may be assigned.

• Working together with your team assemble or attach vehicle components
• Position or align components and parts with vehicles on the assembly line
• Put together parts to build more complex units
• Read and understand assembly instructions and follow established production procedures
• Gather all material and equipment needed for your role
• Check output to ensure highest quality
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Keep records of production quantities and time required
• Report issues malfunctions or defective parts
• Apply problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard-of-quality
• Produce to the Standard Operating Procedures and clearly identify irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency
• Suggest alternatives or improvements to processes for your team and other teams

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Previous manufacturing and/or production experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMAND

Requires good manual dexterity with both hands stooping bending standing wrist motion elbow bending and flexing. Requires minimum push/pull/lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day. Exposure to; solvents paints cleaning agents oil dust fumes noise etc.
