Job Description
Role- VMware Support Engineer
Location- Chandler AZ Richmond VA & Charlotte NC - Onsite
Need locals to any of the given locations and W2 candidates.
Job Description:
- This position focuses on managing VMware-based cloud infrastructure with a key emphasis on VM migration troubleshooting and coordination across HP and Dell server hardware.
- The work involves scheduling and executing large-scale technical projects requiring occasional weekend and evening availability.
Required Skills:
- VMware Expertise: Hands-on troubleshooting and support experience with VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking hardware interfaces and virtualization fundamentals.
- ITIL Framework: Ability to follow best practices for incident change and problem management.
- Project Execution: Proven ability to plan and implement technical strategies in high-pressure environments.
