Job Description

Position Overview:

Were looking for a results-driven and people-focused International Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives across European markets (Italy Spain and the DACH region). Youll oversee a high-performing sales team responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across our key markets and youll take ownership of part of the Revenue target.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational excellence with coaching acumen and a passion for SaaS sales. Youll partner closely with Marketing Product and Customer Success to align strategy and execution while championing a culture of performance collaboration and customer-centricity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and grow a team of International Account Executives covering the Italian Spanish and DACH markets;
  • Set and manage performance targets across regions and ensure quota achievement through clear KPIs and regular performance reviews;
  • Own pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure transparency and focus;
  • Support on strategic deals with high-value customers or complex sales processes;
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Product and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging feedback loops and customer experience;
  • Champion sales excellence by continuously improving sales processes enablement practices and data quality


About You:

  • You have 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 12 years in a leadership or team management role;
  • Youre a strong coach and leader who inspires and enables others to perform at their best;
  • Youve sold in multiple European markets ideally including at least two of the following: Italy Spain DACH.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian or Spanish or German or French (bonus if you speak more than one of those);
  • Youre highly organized and analytical with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills;
  • Youre a clear communicator with a consultative approach to sales;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment where ownership and adaptability are key;
  • You have a data-driven mindset and youre comfortable using Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
