To support our ambitious growth plans we are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join our dynamic andrapidly growing B2Borganization. In this role you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle contribute to our growth by opening accounts inthe Swedish market benefiting from an attractive commission structure and plenty of career growth opportunities in B2B Sales & Business Excellence.


Your mission:

    • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
    • Business Development: Initiate contact with prospects through calls LinkedIn and email.
    • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
    • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
    • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.
    • Account Growth: Continuously work to expand and strengthen your accounts increasing revenue and ensuring customer success with support from the Customer Success department.


About you:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Experience in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Swedish with fluency in English
