Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent

Salary:OTE (On Target Earnings)

About the Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for property and customer service We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our team in Grays Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in estate agency with full training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and register applicants both in person and over the phone

Book and conduct property viewings

Liaise with landlords vendors tenants and buyers

Assist with property listings and marketing

Support the negotiation and sales process

Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire property journey

Maintain and update internal CRM systems
Requirements:
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Well-presented professional and confident
-
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus but not required
