Job Summary
The Site Engineer (Residential Projects) Supervise and coordinates all site works for residential projects including structural architectural and finishing activities. Ensure execution follows approved drawings BOQs and specifications. Oversee daily operations manage subcontractors track progress and resolve on-site issues. Coordinate with the technical office on drawings RFIs and materials while ensuring quality safety and timely completion
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction.
- Knowledge of structural and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Experience supervising site activities and subcontractors.
- Familiar with trades like tiling plastering painting ceilings etc.
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Awareness of site safety and local regulations.
