The Transit Facilities Division is hiring for an Administrator III position-an essential role that offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to be part of a mission driven collaborative team. The ideal candidate is highly organized able to manage multiple administrative projects and priorities at once and comfortable working with financial data budgeting tools and operating systems. This position also plays a key role in supporting division wide programs and helping interpret data to guide decision making.

About Metros Transit Facilities Division:
King County Metro Transits FacilitiesDivisionmaintainsall Metro Transit properties such as bus bases park & rides bus shelters and offices and maintenance shops. Services include bus shelter repairs and replacements bus shelter cleaning trolley wire repairs radio maintenance for buses environmental spill clean-up bus sign replacement graffiti removal and other facilities maintenance duties.Internallyteamprovides division-wide support functions for finance budget environmental compliance safety training administrativeservicesand new employee orientation. Planning inventory/materials management work center workforce management functional asset management general/maintenance agreements systems support capital infrastructure sustainable resources/energy.
This recruitment will immediately fill one (1) Career Serviceposition and mayalso be used to create an eligibility pool for future Career Service valid up to 12 months or until exhausted and at the discretion of the hiring authority.
Interviews are anticipated to occur during the week of July 14th 2025but are subject to change.
