Responsibilities- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Maintain and update HR databases documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct research on best practices in talent management and workplace culture.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.
- Regular management of talent-related data analysis and reporting.
- Support of the annual RootsTech Conference.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent and Culture Team as needed.
- May be assigned to lead specific projects of low to medium complexity related to the organizations talent and culture management.
Qualifications- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field or have graduated within 12 months of applying for this position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for people culture and creating a positive workplace environment.
