Job Description
Lockbox Processor
Location: Orlando FL
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm
Pay rate: $16.89 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependableLockbox Processorto join our 10-member banking operations team. This role involves handling incoming mail processing checks and performing data entry tasks in a secure and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both manual and machine-assisted processes and will demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Details:
- Open and sort incoming mail (manual or machine-assisted)
- Handle and separate checks based on profile requirements
- Scan documents and enter basic data
- Maintain accuracy confidentiality and meet daily deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Some experience in bank operations or lockbox processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and typing skills
- Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment
- Able to handle fast paced work environment
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs. and sit for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 yrs of age
- Must be able to clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Be eligible to legally work in the United States

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.89/hr.
