General Summary

The primary function of the Mortgage Loan Processor is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. Responsibilities include: Gather information and take each file from pre-approved to closing. Input proper loan information in the system for processing. Responsible for ensuring that all documentation is complete accurate verified and complies with company policy. Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested.

Collaborates with loan Officers underwriters appraisers and title companies to facilitate the loan process.

Communicates with borrowers to address questions and provide updates on the loan status.

Tracks deadlines and ensures timely completion of tasks.

Ensures compliance with lending regulations and guidelines.

Maintains accurate records of loan files and transactions.
