This is a full time TIME-LIMITED position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits for a limited duration of 24 months including paid vacation paid sick leave paid holidays retirement and health insurance. This position responds to frequent requests from claimants care providers management and the general public about both specific claims and programmatic issues. Duties include:

To qualify for this position applicants must demonstrate ALL of the following KSAs:
Experience composing documents such as reports and/or correspondence and/or other documents.
Experience working with internal and/or external customers.
Experience applying policy and/or procedure in handling claims to determine an outcome.
Management Preference:
Experience working with the criminal justice system and/or human services system.
Experience working with state and local services available to victims.
Experience working independently as well as with a team.
