Were seeking a visionary Product Manager to join our Enterprise Generative AI Platform team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the direction and strategy of our AI Foundation Model (FM) Gateway a strategic service that enables secure seamless access to internal and external Generative AI models significantly accelerating AI-driven innovation across Capital One.
In this role a Product Manager on the Enterprise Generative AI Platform product team youll be instrumental in driving the development and adoption of cutting-edge AI capabilities across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with engineering research and business teams acting as the voice of both customers and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will empower teams to build innovative scalable solutions while navigating strategic technical and regulatory considerations.
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about AI technology and deeply empathizes with customer needs. They are comfortable in conversation with stakeholders ranging from technical customers to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $158400 - $180800 for Manager Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
