Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday 4 hours a day flexible during client business hours (9am to 5pm EST)
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto Canada)

You ll be part of launching an exciting new donation campaign that directly supports life-saving work for vulnerable horses. This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to help launch a brand-new cold calling donation program for a respected equine rescue organization. You ll be the voice that connects generous donors with a meaningful cause using your communication skills to secure vital funding that directly impacts animal lives. This role offers the perfect blend of sales challenge and purpose-driven work where every successful call translates into real help for horses in need. You ll work closely with the organization s leadership team receive comprehensive training and support and have the opportunity to grow with the program as it expands.
- Conduct engaging cold calls to potential donors using carefully crafted scripts and guidelines
- Build relationships with prospects and follow up on donation leads effectively
- Achieve monthly donation targets with performance-based incentive bonuses
- Assist with organizing and expanding contact lists for outreach campaigns
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and call monitoring for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed records of all donor interactions and call outcomes
- Adapt your approach based on feedback to maximize donation conversion rates
- Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and calling strategies
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with a clear professional speaking voice
- Previous experience working with Canadian clients highly valued
- Natural sales ability with confidence in making donation requests
- Outgoing personable nature with ability to connect with diverse prospects
- Resilient attitude with ability to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm
- Basic computer proficiency for managing calling platforms and donor databases
- Genuine interest in animal welfare and fundraising for meaningful causes
