- Total experience 16 years
- Strong and progressive experience in IT services with a leadership role overseeing multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Proven track record in consulting-led delivery ideally with a mix of fixed price T&M and managed services models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies software engineering practices and digital transformation frameworks.
- Deep experience in Agile DevOps and hybrid delivery models.
- Demonstrated success managing multivendor and distributed global teams.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on outcomes ROI and client value.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillscan inspire teams influence stakeholders and represent Nagarro in client forums.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset ambition to scale and hunger to lead change
- Experience in one or more verticals such as Life Sciences BFSI Retail Healthcare or Manufacturing.
- Exposure to emerging technologies like AI/ML Big Data IoT or Cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive account growth through innovation value-added delivery and identifying new opportunities.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities including RFPs and client workshops.
- Champion a consulting mindset within delivery teams to position Nagarro as a thought partner.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex programs across multiple clients and verticals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget with the highest quality standards.
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery strategies.
- Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders.
- Understand evolving client needs and align delivery to exceed expectations.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients identifying opportunities for growth and transformation.
- Own P&L for assigned accounts or business units.
- Manage delivery risks budgets contracts and governance structures.
- Drive efficiency through process improvement and automation.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and guide teams in adopting modern engineering and delivery practices (Agile DevOps Cloud AI/ML etc.).
- Foster a culture of continuous learning experimentation and technical excellence.

Qualifications :
