Job Description

Client Relationship Management

  • Building and nurturing strong lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction levels.
  • Identifying and prospecting new clients and establishing initial contact.
  • Engaging with key decision-makers including C-level executives to foster new business relationships.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Facilitating effective communication and coordination between different departments to meet client needs.
  • Generating leads through proactive outreach and networking activities.
  • Providing expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

Strategic Advisory

  • Formulating innovative strategies and value propositions based on practical applications of solution elements and technologies within the represented portfolio.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to articulate compelling value propositions to clients.
  • Assisting clients in identifying business challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Providing consultative guidance to clients in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis.

Qualifications :

    Professional Experience

    • At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience in the field of information technology.
    • Fluency in Hungarian and proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in strategic relationship management and business development.
    • Experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
    • Experience in designing and selling complex technical and/or IT solutions.
    • Understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications in client solutions.
    • Experience in guiding clients through decision-making processes and delivering value-added solutions.

    Personal Traits

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client engagements.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
