Job Description
- Lead the design development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear insights into operational financial and customer performance.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives to gather requirements present insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle including data gathering modeling visualization and performance tuning.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Analyze trends identify root causes of issues and recommend actionable solutions across transportation warehousing and last-mile logistics functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and system integration from multiple logistics and supply chain platforms.
- Establish KPIs and develop performance tracking frameworks for 3PL partners and internal logistics teams.
- Drive data governance standardization and quality control processes to ensure reliable reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Data Science Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in BI data analysis or business analysis with managerial or lead role.
- Strong experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Proven ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen business acumen.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
