Overseeing executive relationships for the ANZ Public Sector business leading virtual teams including Solution Sales Solution Consulting Support and Professional Services in supporting our Public Sector Clients with innovative solutions to drive productivity and new opportunities in the ANZ Public Sector in alignment with Government Policy and outcomes.
What you get to do in this role:
Provide Public Sector Industry Digital solutions to help create and support Senior Government Engagements with Senior Level Government officials positioning ServiceNow as the platform for solving complex Public sector opportunities
Position local Public Sector Solutions to new and existing government departments to drive innovative solutions for the Australian Public Sector.
Work with the greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customers strategic outcomes
Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients
Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients organisation from project/IT teams to CxO level
Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients to deliver the measurable success of our clients
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
10 years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities within the Public Sector
10 years of experience with validated multi-million-dollar public sector sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
High quality engaging presentation skills in an evangelist style persona.
Ability to understand and interpret broad macro level IT needs and government policy requirements of public sector markets
Experience achieving sales targets leading virtual or matrixed teams
