Job Description

  • As a Software Project Manager for brake systems for domestic Japanese automakers you will play an active role.
  • You will build strong relationships with customers as a technical liaison and point of contact.
  • You will analyze customer requirements specifications and manage schedules and resources.
  • You will implement software project management in accordance with internal processes.
  • You will lead internal global software project teams to ensure project success.

Reason for Recruitment

  • We are seeking a Software Project Manager for decoupled power brakes iBooster and ESP brake systems for domestic Japanese automakers.
  • To meet the growing demands for electrification and safety and further expand Boschs market share we are looking for colleagues to create the future together.

Qualifications :

Required Experience / Skills

  • Leadership experience
  • High communication skills
  • Japanese: JLPT N1 level experience in business use
  • English: TOEIC 600 or higher experience in business use

Welcome Experience / Skills

  • Experience in customer negotiation and project management
  • Experience in developing embedded control software for automobiles or motorcycles
  • Experience in developing electronic control systems for automobiles or motorcycles
  • Knowledge of control brake systems

Required English Proficiency

  • Business level or higher (level at which there is no difficulty in meetings presentations and daily communication)
