You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCalling all AV Technicians! We are on the lookout for a tech-savvy and polished AV Supervisor (Team Leader) to join our fantastic team based at the London offices of one of the largest international banks in the world!
As a vital part of the wider FOH team the AV Service Team is there to ensure the smooth running of the day today operation delivery ensuring all AV equipment is in working order with a key focus on delivering and helping events in the clients purpose built Conference Centre.
The AV Supervisor will manage develop and coordinate a team of 5 AV Hosts and help the Regional Manager with the wider service delivery. The AV Teams work is varied involving everything from small conference room set ups to assisting a 3rd party AV team in delivering large scale events. You have the chance to mix your passion for technology with your passion for people by providing AV & logistical assistance to the business with a 5* service standard behind everything you do!
Hours: 40 hours per week. Shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri.
Salary: 43500 per annum
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will be a customer focused person with previous experience of overseeing a small-medium sized team.
Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and services is essential preferably in a corporate setting.
Experience in a 5* customer service environment will give you a head start.
