Job Description
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (m/f/x)
Do you have experience as a room attendant and feel ready for the next step in your career
Were looking for a skilled and responsible colleague with an eye for cleanliness who enjoys teamwork and is ready to share their know-how with others.
Youll be part of the housekeeping team but also its natural leader. Youll help less experienced attendants grow and ensure our guests experience true comfort.
Location: Marianske Lazne
Start date: September 1 2025
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Collaborate daily with the housekeeping team organize supervise support
- Take part in room cleaning and ensure high-quality standards
- Train new team members share know-how and motivate the team
- Oversee hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
- Prepare VIP rooms respond to guest requests and handle operational needs
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of housekeeping experience
- Enjoys leading and inspiring others with a positive attitude
- Speaks Czech (communicative level); English or German is an advantage
- Has a strong eye for detail is reliable and well-organized
- Understands hotel cleanliness standards and procedures
