JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
As a breakfast attendant/ Evening Social Attendant you would be primarily responsible for setting up maintaining and breaking down the breakfast / evening social buffet and for maintaining the breakfast and evening social and dining area. With minimal supervision provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them and be well attended at all times.
Essential Functions
1. Welcoming and providing with personalized service to all guests.
2. Adheres to all recipes methods and direction per Brand standards and direction from General Manager
3. Ensures the food is prepared to the highest quality
4. Checks food and storage area temperature twice per day record temperatures on log sheet and notifies maintenance of any issues
5. Maintains an organized and efficient production flow of buffet
6. Is responsible for the kitchen area cleanliness and sanitation according but not limited to Brand Standards
7. Places kitchen food and supplies orders per schedule checks in all kitchen orders and ensure the accuracy of the supplier invoices as to the quantity and quality of products received
8. Verify all IDs for alcohol beverage services
9. Insure the safety of our guests property asset. never open doors for guest who forgot their keys(redirect them to front desk

This job operates in a hotel environment. Standard equipment used such as mop broom vacuum dishwasher coffee dispenser hot plate and conventional oven.
Full Time
