Senior Manager Client Experience
Were looking for a bold creative and media-savvy Senior Manager to join our Consumer Practice in Chicago. If you love building smart culture-driven campaignsand thrive on bringing big ideas to lifethis is your next move.
Youll work across food beverage and lifestyle brands driving earned-first storytelling that breaks through. If youre fluent in todays media landscape obsessed with whats trending and excited to make things happen for clients keep reading.
What Youll Do:
- Lead day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns across top lifestyle brands
- Craft earned-first strategies that generate buzz and business results
- Build and nurture client relationshipsearning trust with smart counsel and standout service
- Drive media relations efforts identifying story opportunities and securing top placements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital social and paid integrations
- Manage timelines deliverables and team resources across multiple projects
- Contribute to creative brainstorms strategic planning and campaign development
- Stay tapped into culture to help brands connect with diverse and engaged audiences
What Were Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in communications preferably in an agency setting
- Strong background in consumer lifestyle travel fashion sports or CPG communications
- Proven track record of leading earned media campaignsproduct launches thought leadership creative storytelling and more
- Excellent communication skillsclear writing confident presenting and strategic thinking
- A collaborative mindset with strong project and people management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for media culture and crafting stories that resonate
- Experience writing including key messages press releases blog posts and pitches

Salary range: $81000 - $98000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on among other factors actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employees/applicants background pertinent experience and qualifications.
