Loaner Car Manager
Lexus of Orlando Central Floridas Premier Luxury Dealership
Lexus of Orlando is seeking a highly motivated and professional Loaner Car Manager to lead our high-volume Loaner Car Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills a commitment to exceptional guest service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As the Loaner Car Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the Loaner Car Department. You will be responsible for managing a team of Loaner Car Agents ensuring a seamless guest experience maintaining fleet readiness and coordinating closely with the Service and Valet departments. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise train and support Loaner Car Agents to ensure consistent performance and high guest satisfaction
Oversee the check-in/check-out process for all loaner vehicles
Ensure accuracy and compliance in guest documentation and data entry into the Loaner Car Database
Monitor and manage the condition cleanliness and availability of the loaner fleet
Maintain open communication with service advisors valet team and management to ensure timely vehicle handoffs
Maintain scheduling coverage to support high-volume service traffic
Perform administrative tasks generate usage reports and track loaner vehicle metrics
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a customer service or automotive setting
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to manage a fast-paced operation and multitask effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Computer proficiency especially in data entry and basic reporting
Friendly professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
