Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Middle Market Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of middle market commercial lines accounts building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving growth and retention within the assigned book of business.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of middle market commercial lines accounts
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Understand clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
- Drive growth and retention within the assigned book of business
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends market changes and regulatory updates
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation and reports
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager preferably in the middle market segment
- Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products and coverages
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
