Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Direct and independent management of new large scale account implementations and setup on a global basis.
  • Develop scope of work documents standard operating procedures implementation plan and action tracking documents to manage strategic global accounts for CWW.
  • Work with IT on any IT or integration related activities to on-board the new business.
  • Update the executive team on status of all major global implementations.
  • Manage post-implementation audit process for implemented accounts.
  • Manage communication between business review team and sales and account management on timeline and status of business reviews being prepared to assure they are prepared in a timely fashion.
  • Work with sales team members district directors and country managers to create and audit quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinate and monitor the creation of customized business reviews for top accounts that are not a part of the standardized business review format.
  • Work with sales team members on business review format modifications and creation of customized formats as required to meet specific client needs.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning time management collaboration decision making organization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment collaborate with internal and external resources respond to questions from senior management and manage through conflict with a positive flexible attitude and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel.
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Minimum ten years related experience.
  • Minimum five years industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas
