Job Description

About The Role:

As the Coordinator Works Programming and Continuous Improvement you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Council plans and delivers its maintenance works programs. Sitting at the intersection of data people and the community you will bring bold thinking and an optimisation mindset to a diverse and dynamic environment.

With a keen eye on continuous improvement and innovation you will use data and analytics to uncover insights guide decision-making and ensure that our maintenance programs are not only efficient but also responsive to community needs and expectations. Your role will be essential in ensuring our works programs are aligned prioritised and informed by robust performance reporting.

Just as important as your technical and analytical capabilities will be your ability to lead and inspire. You will lead a team and collaborate across departments to build shared understanding and foster innovation. Fundamentally your leadership style will be key to creating a high-performing culture focused on collaboration safety customer experience and operational excellence.

About You:

Were looking for candidates who are strategic thinkers with a strong foundation in works programming asset management or operational service delivery backed by relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in people leadership.

At a minimum candidates will need to hold the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business data analytics or related disciplines;
  • A current Class C drivers licence;
  • Knowledge of maintenance scheduling performance reporting and systems such as TechOne or Salesforce;
  • Experience in continuous improvement project delivery or process optimisation;
  • Experience in people leadership and fostering collaboration.

City Maintenance are equipped to care for open spaces across our beaches reserves and parks ensuring they are maintained and up to standard. This diverse portfolio is passionate and skilled in areas including property management and repair irrigation biodiversity arboriculture trees and sports turf as well as program scheduling and contract support.

The Detail:

The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. Classification will be at Administration Level 7 with an annual base salary of $119565 super.
