Join Amazons flagship High-Risk Value (HRV) Shrink Program - a VP-prioritized cross-functional initiative driving cost savings through strategic loss prevention and systemic defect elimination.
In this role you will own end-to-end program governance across theft attribution inventory adjustments and receive accuracy mechanisms. Youll build and scale cross-functional solutions that reduce shrink enhance root cause visibility and improve accountability across Amazons global fulfillment network. This includes working closely with tech / non-tech supply chain and finance teams to influence roadmaps drive policy and metric alignment and shape global scaling strategies (US CA EU MENA). Youll operate in high-ambiguity zero-to-one environments backed by analytics system thinking and documentation skills to drive long-term impact.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end program governance of the HRV Shrink Reduction charter driving strategy execution and scaling of initiatives focused on inventory adjustments theft attribution receive accuracy dwelling inventory and other supplyc chain losses.
Dive deep into P&L-level metrics (Inventory Defects Ops Variable Cost Damages Liquidations) to identify key shrink drivers define RCA structures and influence finance-aligned savings attribution models.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Ops Finance Tech and Product to ensure aligned execution on initiatives.
Design and scale program mechanisms including the dashboards CPR reporting rhythms site-level deep dives and shrink attribution SOPs ensuring consistency across geographies and fulfillment models.
Support vendor- and ASIN-level shrink control for high-profile brands by driving catalogue fixes packaging improvements and reconciliation frameworks for transshipment and serial scan defects.
Drive global program expansion into Canada EU and MENA by tailoring core mechanisms to local process maturity collaborating with regional stakeholders and enabling centralized governance at scale.
Create structured documentation and reviews including strategic one-pagers SOPs investment cases and MBR/QBR narratives reviewed by leadership (including VP stakeholders) influencing prioritization and roadmap alignment.
Operate in zero-to-one spaces with high ambiguity identifying systemic gaps unifying siloed efforts and building durable mechanisms that reduce shrink increase visibility and unlock long-term cost-to-serve improvements.

- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience analyzing P&L cost lines (e.g. inventory defects shrink operational costs) and partnering with finance teams to drive cost attribution and track savings impact
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
