At Pulse Advertising we connect brands with culture through social media strategy influencer marketing paid social and content and were growing fast across Europe. Thats why were looking for a Senior Manager Client Services to join us and lead our client portfolio for the German market.
Your tasks
- You act as the main strategic partner for your clients and guide them through their social and digital growth
- You ensure your team builds strong trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both the client and our agency
- You own the full scope of our existing German client portfolio from overseeing campaigns to managing contracts and KPIs
- You identify growth opportunities within the German market and translate insights into action and innovation
- You lead and mentor your team to excel and grow and you work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results
Your skills

- You have 5 years of experience in account management client strategy or a similar role within an agency or digital environment
- You have already managed and grown a team and know how to develop people while driving performance
- You have a true passion for client relationships and love helping clients unlock their potential
- You bring creativity and strategic thinking to the table and youre always looking for new ways to deliver value
- Youre fluent in German and English and can communicate with clarity empathy and confidence across all levels

What we do We enable brands to win and retain customers on social media and do all that works for that: influencer marketing paid social advertising and social media management. By today we have grown to offices across several countries and a team of 100 people all pursuing that 1 vision.
